The USPTO’s new cloud-based TM search is being launched.

The system that works well is being retired

The USPTO has launched the beta version of a new trademark search system.   This new, cloud-based search system will replace the current system (Trademark Electronic Search System, or TESS). Though customers may still use TESS, it will be permanently retired later this year.
