Adam Bell Ph.D.

Founder and Partner. Patent attorney with over 20 years of law-firm and in-house experience. Ph.D. from the University of Oxford, J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).  Vast experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and creating strategic IP portfolios. Director and board member of several companies including, the No.1 IP paralegal training course in the US. Passionate about education, the environment and creating a better tomorrow for our children.

Matthew Kaser Ph.D.

Managing and Billing Partner. Passionately enthusiastic about science, and bringing that enthusiasm to the most complex areas of patent law, Matthew holds a doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Wales. His impressive academic experience includes post-doctoral positions at the University of California, the University of Texas, a post-doctoral fellowship in Molecular Endocrinology at the REI Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and a faculty position at the UCSF Department of Pediatrics. He worked at Incyte Genomics in Palo Alto, and then as Director of IP at Mendel Biotechnology. He is registered to practice before the USPTO. Matthew is an author of many papers and books on immunology. He is an ardent amateur anthropologist with a particular interest in the development of language.

Richard Dybowski PhD

Expert technical Advisor in the fields of AI and ML. Richard Dybowski is a world renowned expert in artificial intelligence and machine learning. He has spent over 30-years developing and applying AI and artificial neural networks to real-world problems for clinical applications, chemistry, biotech, agriculture, environmental and other highly complex systems. Very few people have a comparable depth of understanding of AI.

J. Curtis Edmonson P.E.

Advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). He also brings years of experience in electrical engineering, software systems, AI/ML, missiles & aerospace engineering, litigation and complex transactional IP. While at Hughes Aircraft Curtis worked on the Venus Radar Mapper project.

John Kelly EE 

With over 20 years years of experience in complex electrical engineering, chip fabrication, guidance systems and missiles and aerospace, He is an expert in computer related inventions. John provides our clients with expert support for electrical, software and and AI portfolios.

Shari Miller BA 

Senior IP paralegal working with various aspects of IP including both trademark and patent prosecution. She is highly skilled in communicating and coordinating with clients and understanding their business needs.

Peter Wickman, P.E. is a Professional Engineer with 20 years of medical device and pharmaceutical experience, California Registered Professional Engineer ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green BeltASQ Certified Quality Engineer specializing in Medical Device, Drug/Device Combination Products and Process Development.


Dr. Terry Lo is a highly trained academic and patent agent and provides expertise in complex structural chemistry and genetics.


Dr. Mandy Ward is an Oxford and Stanford scientist who supports biotech applications.
