Many of our clients are seeking protection for highly innovative technologies that are at a very early stage of development. We frequently work closely with inventors at the forefront of fundamental scientific fields that are undergoing rapid innovation, where techniques and tools have not yet been well defined. We assist our inventors and licensees in defining and developing these technologies in such a way that they can be meaningfully claimed in patent documents. When necessary, our practitioners conduct extensive interviews and often spend time in the laboratory with the inventors, using our research experience to develop a clear understanding of evolving technologies.  We are always available to our clients and inventors and communicate regularly with them as experimentation and development progress.
